Fiona Kerr

Osteopath and Clinical Pilates Instructor

Fiona is currently on maternity leave. She will be returning to osteo treatments in mid 2025.

Working as both a qualified Osteopath and passionate Pilates instructor, Fiona loves being able to work with her clients both on and off the treatment table to get the best results possible. Fiona’s passion for Osteopathy began with her involvement in rowing which led to a keen interest in injury prevention and management.

Fiona strives to keep developing as an Osteopath and has done further study into pregnancy and postnatal care as well as becoming qualified in Dry Needling to help support women through pregnancy and motherhood.

Spending four years at an amateur football club as a sports trainer, Fiona continued to expand her knowledge of sporting injuries while gaining key hands on experience understanding the demands sport has on the human body. Fiona encourages her clients to take an active role in their own health and wellbeing, and loves being able to use Pilates and Clinical Exercise classes as a way to teach her clients that movement is medicine. Since playing football herself, Fiona saw first hand the importance of staying strong and mobile to proactively avoid injury and perform at your best.

When Fiona’s not helping clients at Collective Motion, she loves watching the Bombers play, reading a good book and hanging out with her dog Basil.
