Studio Pilates Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor, Studio Pilates ‘Pilates for Pregnancy’ Trained

Hilary is an attentive and mindful Pilates instructor who has been teaching Pilates since early 2019, after gaining her qualifications with Studio Pilates. Prior to this, Hilary discovered Pilates after giving birth to her second child and wanted to exercise in a way that felt more controlled and safe.

Passionate about the core pilates principles; breath, concentration, centering, control, precision & flow, you are sure to find each of these featured in her classes. With a love of movement, Hilary aims to have you feeling like you have worked safely whilst tuning in to your body so that you feel a sense of achievement as well as feeling centred. 

Outside of work Hilary loves to spend time with her family and get out in nature, by either a bush walk or spending time in the garden. Hilary is also a keen trail runner and hits up the trails any chance she gets.

Hilary teaches a range of pre and post natal classes on Thursday mornings at CMH!
